RMElegance.com is customer friendly and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Our customers have the liberty to cancel their order and request for refund, under the following policy:
▪ Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.
▪ There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
To return the product you can sign-in to your account and just select the item from the "Order History", mention your reason for return/refund request and then click "Make an RMA slip" or you may also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order id within 7 days from the date of delivery. Our team will get in touch with you. Please do mention Order id in the subject line to help us quickly trace. Please process your returns and ensure that the product returned by you is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition. Request you to maintain the original packaging of return items including original tags, boxes and dust-bags etc.Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once your return request has been confirmed, please refer to the link in your email for the return shipping label which is mandatory and should be pasted on return packet. For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches us within 7 days from date of raising the return request.
The Intimate wear involves hygiene concern, hence the same shall not be considered for return, unless there is a damage/quality issue at the time of delivery.

Our reverse pick up from your shipping address, if it falls under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship to the below address, if your pin code does not fall under the service network of our courier partners. You will have to self-ship the product back to us within 7days from the time the product was delivered to you.

For all sizing issue returns, we can replace it with the required if available and re-send it to you post we receive the product returned by you or can be refunded to your wallet, which can be redeemed by you on any of the exciting sale events showcased on the website, within a span of 6 months.
Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our team. The refund amount will not include any additional charges.

On a rare chance you receive any damaged or defective product please click on Contact Us to write to us within 2-3days of product delivery, along with the relevant proof and our team will assist you with it. Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through ‘cash on delivery' mode, and if your payment is made through credit/ debit card/ net banking then the amount will be reversed to your account from which the payment was made.
Your returns must reach us with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
Your returns not validated by our team will be shipped back to you.
